What kind of sessions are we looking for?
Our sessions will be in 2 formats: fireside chats (pre-recorded interview-style with a moderator asking a speaker questions), and panels (up to three speakers facilitated by a moderator - live). Indicate in the form which option suits you best.
We are only looking for sessions that are actionable and specific — no fluff! Be sure to outline what key takeaways your session has for attendees in your application.
Fit the content to the audience. Our attendees are young small entrepreneurs and their families. It’s a diverse audience, so make sure your session is applicable across young entrepreneurship niche.
No self-promotions or sales pitches. RYE Virtual Conference is meant to be educational and inspirational.
Important details
Event: RYE Virtual Conference is a 3 day event and will take place in November 14 – 16th, 2023. It's required all speakers to attend the event.
Interview: All interviews will be pre-recorded using Zoom and each one of the experts will have around 40 minutes to share their knowledge. We will send you a link to the schedule so you can book your time. Each speaker will submit 3 action steps to be included in an action-sheet that will be given to participants.
Affiliate: The event is free to attend and at the end of the event all videos will be removed from the group. However, the listeners will have the opportunity to purchase a VIP package with all videos, free gifts and the action-sheets. Each expert will be given his/her own affiliate link for the series and will be entitled to 40% affiliate commission on any VIP sales directly associated with his/her unique tracking link. A comission of 50% will be paid to the expert that includes a premium gift to the VIP pass (min of $97 value).
P.S.: This affiliate commission is for the VIP package only and it doesn't include any other product.
Promotion: Every expert is asked to share this event with their entire list through 1 solo email, 2 promotion to your social media outlets during the promotional period which we provide copy and images. Promo Period is September 25th - November 13th, 2023. All information/docs need to be delivered by October 14th.
Live Session: We will also have games and live sessions happening during the event for higher engagement. Join the "Raising Young Entrepreneurs" Membership website to connect with attendees that may have questions for you.

The SHE (Shaping Her Earth) Rescue Home exists as a safe haven for girls aged 5 - 16 years of age who have survived trafficking, rape, prostitution, sexual exploitation, or are at risk.
Sessions at RYE Virtual Conference cover a range of topics
Sessions at RYE Virtual Conference aim to help attendees run a successful entrepreneurship for our young trailblazers and their family support network. They cover topics in a range of areas, like branding, marketing, internet safety, financial literacy, AI, social media, and applicable laws.
For Raising Young Entrepreneurs Virtual Conference, sessions will be broken out into 3 categories. Identify which audience your topic best compliments, and keep these categories in mind when submitting your application.
A) Sessions for young business owners just starting out or looking to launch their business;
B) Sessions for businesses with their feet on the ground that are looking to improve their systems and grow their business capacity;
C) Sessions for established businesses that want to expand and scale up.
Session topics should not be specific to any one industry — young business owners from across industries should be able to learn something from all sessions!
Application timeline
Submissions will be open from Monday, September 25th to Friday, October 7th, 2023.
Submissions will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and someone from our team may reach out to you in the weeks following your application.
Unsuccessful submissions will not be notified.
This application is the first step in the review process. The next step for successful applicants is a screening call with our team.
Speaker application terms
Application confirmation does not guarantee a speaking slot. Speaker confirmation is subject to one or more conversations with our event team and the signing of an engagement contract.
Selected speakers agree to promote their involvement on social media at the direction of our event team.
Selected speakers grant permission to promote involvement as a speaker across our channels.
Selected speakers agree that we have editorial discretion over the format and content of the session, including editing of the session video.
The session video will be the property of Raising Young Entrepreneurs™ and can be used in perpetuity. Selected speakers can also share their video post-event at the discretion of the event team.
Once the topic and session content for selected speakers is confirmed, it can only be changed with permission from the event team.
Selected speakers may be asked to answer attendee questions on social media post-event at the request of the event team.

I'm over the moon grateful that you are interested in being a guest speaker on our upcoming “The Launch-Preneur Summit” happening on December 7th, 8th and 9th.
This will be a free virtual summit with pre-recorded presentations (like a mini-masterclass).
Alongside the summit presentations there will be a variety of live sessions, networking opportunities and gamification to encourage both engagement and participation during the summit itself and with a goal of fostering long term relationships with people you meet through the summit.
